1. Files from office programs (e.g. doc, pdf, odt) published before 23.9.2018, online content archived before 23.9.2019 and video or audio recordings published before 1.1.2021 are not covered by the legislation.
2. Unreasonable burden
It is not possible to text the project's pdf-format publications within the framework of resources.
